Golfers’ Warm-ups
One should prioritize the importance of warming-up prior to golfing. Failing to do so, one may suffer from muscular injury on hands, or backache.
You should never take for granted the warming-up, and should treat it as a chain of disciplinary action integrated with the rules of the game itself. There are at least three basic warm-ups, namely:
1. Do the stretching out. This exercise can generate your energy and have it standby for further action. Others would recommend that you take a short stroll around the club house. If not too much trouble, you can carry along any club by pressing both ends with your hands for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. To strengthen your hand and arms, some push-ups will do just fine. You can count from 20 until 30 push-ups. For your abdomen, you can do the sit-ups for 30 counts. Both exercises are needed to strengthen all the muscles related to that.
3. Practice driving with a weighted club. This will enable you to condition and familiarize yourself with the stroke so that you would not hit the ball as hard as you can, this weighted club technique will guide you to manage your swing power gradually.
